    As a telehealth therapist, all of my sessions take place via a secure video platform. I firmly believe (and research has shown) that the outcomes of virtual vs in-person therapy are no different when a client is the right fit for it.

    Do you need support, but can’t make it to an in-person appointment? Are you a busy stay-at-home or working parent, and don’t have the time to drive across town for an appointment? Do you prefer the anonymity of not having to go to a physical office to seek therapy services? Do you live in a more rural area, or maybe you prefer to just do things virtually?

    If so, telehealth can be the perfect option for you!

    What you need in order for telehealth to be successful:

    • Reliable internet connection
    • A computer or smart device with a camera and microphone
    • A private and quiet space
    • Dedication to attend sessions regularly and on-time
    • That’s it!
